Our Fine Noodles are traditional German soup noodles that have been a staple of Wiech's since 1935, when Marie Wiech first began selling her handcrafted egg noodles to the Barossa community. Ask any Barossan, and they’ll tell you these noodles belong in your best chicken noodle soup recipe. But their versatility doesn’t end there—they’re just as delicious in a warm miso broth with dumplings or tossed into a refreshing cold summer noodle salad.
These noodles carry the legacy of the Wiech family tradition, offering both comfort and authenticity in every dish.
Cooking Tip: For stir-fries or salads, rinse the noodles immediately after cooking to prevent sticking, then toss them back in to absorb all the flavours.
