Created by Lil, third-generation owner of Wiech’s and granddaughter of founder Marie Wiech, these are perfect for creamy pasta dishes like cacio e pepe—a delectable blend of creaminess, cheese, and peppery goodness—or keep it simple by tossing them with a little butter for a quick, flavourful side dish.

Cooking Tip: For stir-fries or salads, rinse the noodles immediately after cooking to prevent sticking, then toss them back in to soak up the flavours.
