Wiech’s have been handcrafting traditional egg noodles for 90 years in the Barossa Valley. We continue to uphold the best quality egg noodles by utilising the same recipe, traditional methods and all-natural ingredients that Marie Wiech started the business with in 1935.
We are looking for a Production Assistant to work alongside our team to create and hand-pack our egg noodles. This casual position is ideal for someone who has experience in food processing, food safety and is physically fit.

Who you report to: General Manager
Required Hours: Approximately 2-3 days per week 8am-3pm Spring and Summer & 8am- 3:30pm Autumn and Winter
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Adhering to food safety and WHS principles to handcraft and pack traditional Barossan egg noodles
Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and cleaning before and after production to ensure Food Safety and WHS compliance is achieved.
Skills required:
Ability to work to efficiently with high attention to detail and shows initiative
Good time management skills and reliable
Physical fitness
Good work ethic and a team player
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Food Safety Certificate
Experience in a similar role in food manufacturing
