Original Range
Original Ribbon 250g & 500g
Our Ribbon Egg Noodles have been made by Wiech's since 1935. It is a wide, generous noodle that is very versatile in the kitchen. It goes perfectly with stroganoff, bourguignon, or ragu sauce, but can also be used in a delicious stir-fry.
Original Fine 250g & 500g
Our Fine Egg Noodles have also been made by Wiech's since 1935. These noodles are traditional German soup noodles. Ask any Barossan, and they will say that these belong in your best chicken noodle soup recipe! But they work just as well in a delicious miso broth with dumplings.
Original Strings 250g
Our Strings are medium in thickness. It is perfect for, soups, Asian stir-fries, broths, and ramen like dishes. It is part of our Original Range, as it has been part of the Wiech's Egg Noodle selection since at least the 1970's when Margarete Wiech imported our German noodle cutter and roller, that we still use today.

Black Pepper Ribbon 250g
We use Australian-grown black pepper to give these ribbon noodles the best flavour. Our black pepper is sourced through Far North Plantations in tropical Far-North Queensland who stick to pesticide free and sustainable farming methods.
These noodles are perfect for a creamy pasta dish or a peppery stir-fry.
Chilli Ribbon 250g
If you don’t mind a bit of spice, these chilli noodles have a great kick. We use premium certified-organic chilli powder and flakes in our recipe to ensure its not just spice, but great flavour too. These are great in a prawn pasta with garlic, lemon and parsley, or great in our Chilli Oil Noodles recipe if you like a bit of extra kick.
Spelt Ribbon 250g
These are the same width as our classic Ribbon Egg Noodles, but made with Laucke Spelt Flour. Spelt Flour is very nutritious and gives these noodles an extra wholemeal, nutty element to their flavour. These noodles are just as silky as our white-wheat noodles, and are very versatile in the kitchen. They will go perfectly with your favourite pasta or stirfry sauce.
Please note: Spelt flour is not coeliac friendly.
Spelt Strings 250g
These are the same width as our Original Strings Egg Noodles, albeit a flatter shape and are made with Laucke Spelt Flour. Spelt Flour is very nutritious and gives these noodles an extra wholemeal, nutty element to their flavour. These noodles are just as silky as our white-wheat noodles, and are very versatile in the kitchen. They will go perfectly in a soup or Asian broth with dumplings.
