A wide, generous noodle that is very versatile in the kitchen. It goes perfectly with a stroganoff, bourguignon, or ragu sauce. We also love it in Kway Teow.

If using in a stir-fry, or salad, rinse immediately after cooking before adding back to pan/bowl, to ensure noodles don't stick together.
