Spelt Ribbon Egg Noodles 300g

These noodles are made with 100% Laucke Spelt Flour. Spelt is considered as a low yielding, ancient grain that hasn’t been modified over the years of commercial farming. Due to its different structure, spelt flour can be enjoyed by some gluten-intolerant individuals (note: spelt is NOT coeliac friendly). We love our spelt ribbon noodles for their nutty and wholesome flavour!

If using in a stir-fry, or salad, rinse immediately after cooking and before adding back to pan/bowl, to ensure noodles don't stick together.
