Wiech’s Barossa Valley Egg Noodles make fantastic salads and this recipe is just one of our favourites. The smooth silky taste of the noodles that allow all the flavours to stick to them are ideal for all types of sauces and pestos.
- Combine noodles with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together, and toss through salad.
- Transfer to a large salad bowl or individual serving bowls and serve with crusty bread.
