Black Pepper Noodles with Lemon

The infusion of garlic, lemon, parsley and black pepper in this dish complements the smooth silky texture of the Organic Egg Noodles, making it a memorable meal, either as an entree or main.

This is a fast meal to prepare with no cooking, apart from the Egg Noodles. Make sure the Egg Noodles warm up enough in the wok by tossing them over several times.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic for 1 minute
  2. Add cooked noodles and toss through Add a good squeeze of lemon juice, parsley and a little black pepper
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve

Hint: Depending on the size of the wok, it may be easier to divide all ingredients by 2 and cook this recipe twice.
