The infusion of garlic, lemon, parsley and black pepper in this dish complements the smooth silky texture of the Organic Egg Noodles, making it a memorable meal, either as an entree or main.
This is a fast meal to prepare with no cooking, apart from the Egg Noodles. Make sure the Egg Noodles warm up enough in the wok by tossing them over several times.
- Heat oil in a wok and add garlic for 1 minute
- Add cooked noodles and toss through Add a good squeeze of lemon juice, parsley and a little black pepper
- Sprinkle cheese on top and serve
Hint: Depending on the size of the wok, it may be easier to divide all ingredients by 2 and cook this recipe twice.
