Back in 1935, the Wiech family began making traditional egg noodles from a time-honoured family recipe.

As neighbours began sampling Mrs Wiech’s delicious handmade noodles, word soon spread across the Barossa Valley.

The noodles were delivered by bicycle around the neighbourhood to support the family.

75 years later, three generations of South Australians have grown up on Wiech’s Barossa Valley Egg Noodles.

What began as a cottage industry has expanded into the thriving business that it is today. However one thing has never changed, our commitment to quality and handmade authenticity.
